#3. Clean TV remote often:


It’s simple, you get sick when any unwanted harmful particle enters your body and it will enter more often if your hands are dirty.

Because today most of us out there can spend their whole day watching TV! So, your hands are on remote if it is dirty you are definitely gonna fall sick.

#4. Clean your kitchen sponges regularly:


As mentioned earlier you fall sick when any harmful particle enters your body and your dishes can be a major carrier of these particles or bacteria to make you fall sick.

So, it’s important to clean them properly! Also the sponge used for washing it should be kept clean and has to be replaced from time to time.

#5. Wash your towel in every few days:


You take a bath to remove germs from your body but when you don’t wash your towel for a week you start taking bath to increase germs on your body. It’s better to have an extra towel so that after every bath or a few baths you can wash your towel.

Staying well also plays a big part of your happiness and overall satisfaction in life. These very simple steps will dramatically reduce your risk of getting sick.
