Happiness is not something you postpone for the future, it is something you design for the present.
We all want to be happy at all times, but some trying times make it a daunting task. Our solution to this is STOP DEPENDING ON OTHERS. Keep your chin up and help yourself.
Want to be happier? Begin by being good to yourself. That may sound self-evident, but too many people skip this step and try to make themselves happy by chasing ever-higher goals or holding themselves to ever-greater standards of perfection.
Staying happy is a constant effort. Notice I didn’t say it’s a struggle… it’s not. But we do have to stay conscious about it and continue to do what it takes to “keep the happy”.
And what does it take? Well, I suppose this might be a little different for everyone, but I have 6 suggestions, most of which on their own do shift people into happy—but combined together they are kick-ass vibe lifters!
#1. Don’t do what others demand of you, do things only if you want to
#2. Laugh out loud; like they say ‘ laughter the best medicine’
#3. Keep a good luck charm with you
#4. Treat life as a game; you win sometimes & lose some other times
#5. Fill your life with positivity – positive friends and positive thoughts
