“Once you become awesome at something, use your new LEARNING ABILITIES to become awesome at something else”
You can expand and grow in countless ways. Especially after you learn the process of learning. You can take all of your experience becoming great at something, and quickly become proficient at that thing.

Changing the way you live has nothing to do with the external stuff, like a new job or a new location or friends. Rather the reality of changing your life starts with changing the way you perceive yourself!

Below are the things you can apply in your life to become a better person in life & will change your life completely.

#1. Eliminate toxic people from your life

Anyone who has had a relationship with a narcissist or sociopath understands what i means.
Toxic people are master manipulators. They may be charming and endearing one moment and downright cruel another. It’s a cruel irony that the kindest people often take the longest to realize that they are being taken for an emotional and psychological ride.

Here are some signs to look for if you’re with a toxic person:

– They ask for and take much more than they give you.

– They are self-centered, only seeming to be interested in others when it serves some selfish purpose.

You do not have to stay in a relationship with a person who is manipulative, selfish, and either subtly or overtly abusive. So, let them go to change your life!

#2. Meditate & do physical activity everyday

We usually associate exercise with amazing benefits such as improvements in strength, aerobic capacity, and weight loss. But we often ignore the fact that exercise & meditation can also be a treatment for anxiety, stress and depression.
Both exercise and meditation are life long skills, which can cost very little and have few if any negative side effects. Sure they individually have many benefits but when combined can be even more beneficial.

Scientists have found that there is a striking improvement in depressive symptoms along with increases in synchronized brain activity when this two are performed everyday by a individual.

#3. Value your time & those of others

When you let others take your time, you are in essence saying that your time isn’t valuable. One major sign is, if you always answer their phone or email immediately, people will start to expect it.

Okay, i enjoy spending time with my friends so don’t take this the wrong way, but if your friends are taking time away from activities that can increase your sense of fulfillment and change your life for good than you need to make some changes.

This would be better for you as well as your friends. By eliminating activities that suck up time and give little to nothing in return you increase your level of energy and your ability to handle tasks better.

#4. Watch less TV

The average American watches more than four hours of TV each day; 28 hours a week. This equates to two months of nonstop TV watching per year.

Look, it’s always better to cut on TV forever, at least if you want to be as successful as billionaires. They don’t watch TV, rather they invest their time in certain things which can help them come on TV.

Do you know what Lamborghini company has to say about having no ads on TV? They say, the person who can afford our cars don’t sit in front of TV watching Shows!

But since it’s like an addiction, it can’t be left in a moment, but you can cut down the time you spend in front of this idiot box. So, decide a schedule & slightly cut down the time you spend watching shows on TV.

#5. No social media 1-hour before & after bed

Do you know, every morning we make a choice: A choice to feed our mind or deplete our mind. What’s the first thing you do after you wake up?

If as soon as you turn off your morning alarm, you sluggishly turn over and check your Facebook messages or Instagram feed, you’re doing a lot more harm to yourself then you think.
One of the simplest ways you can add more joy and peace to the rest of your day is by not checking social media first thing in the morning & also the hour before you go to bed.
If you start off your day with social media, there is a good chance you will spend more time on it throughout the day. Whereas, not checking social media first thing in the morning can positively change your life.

It’s my personal experience, i feel more happy, peaceful and productive throughout my day. I feel so much more connected and understanding towards people since I’ve kicked this habit.

#6. Spend more time in nature

The thing most people don’t know is, how important it is for all of us to spend time in nature. We spend most of our time inside with an air conditioner running in the background.

Nature not only makes us feel more alive and energized, it has proven to benefit both our mental and physical health, and our overall sense of well-being.

As per a study, people living in green and natural areas were three times more likely to be physically active than those living in less green places and their likelihood of being overweight or obese was about 40 percent less.

Thus, there are immense benefit of spending just 10-15 minutes in nature everyday, you don’t have to go for hiking everyday, your local parks or fields can do the job!
