#1. Don’t skip meals
Eat freshly prepared food at regular intervals. By dieting, you’re setting yourself up to gain more weight than ever.
As the more you will diet you will face more hunger which will further leads to more weight gain. You may have heard about the new technique to eat 5-6 times a day to get lean & slim, it holds true.
Set a meal routine & stick to it. Planning your responses to hunger helps you shed pounds faster.
#2. Eat mindfully
Eating fresh and raw vegetable will help you improve your health & lose weight. If you ask me, i would suggest you to eat five to six servings of fruits and vegetables daily along with one-half cup of canned or fresh fruit or fruit juice, or one-fourth cup of dried fruit.
This will do enough for you. Avoid foods that are high in “energy density” or that have a lot of calories in a small amount of food eg: cheeseburger and fries.
For dessert, have fruit or a piece of angel food cake not a pie or anything like that!
#3. Take enough rest
Many of us keep thinking about our weight especially women as they are more weight conscious.
Due to this they don’t have a good sleep at night which leads to anxiety & stress. Listen, nothing will change if you just keep thinking about it in every moment so avoid it. when resting keep your mind in peace.
#4. Gradually, get active
By that i mean Exercise, this will speed up the process of losing weight and improving your health. A healthy diet needs an exercise program if you want to achieve optimal weight.
You can choose any exercise you want. It is recommended doing exercise three times a day in order to achieve the satisfactory results.
You can boost your progress by doing meditation. Look when we are stressed we feel more hunger & meditation is a great stress reliever.
It’s really important for you to understand your poor dietary and lifestyle choices that are skyrocketing obesity.
The longer a person is obese, the more significant obesity-related risk factors become. Just improving your eating habits and increasing physical activity play a vital role in preventing obesity.
