“The more you face your fear, the more it fades away”, I completely agree with this. I simply believe that by pushing ourselves and expanding our horizons, our personalities and mindset take on new shapes & we become capable to find the best, ever-improving version of ourselves.


#3. Do self-reflection everyday

Daily reflections are a positive habit. The main goal of regular reflections is to ask yourself thought-provoking questions so that you can develop a deeper level of understanding.

Do regular self-reflection & analyze how efficiently you are doing things that will make you a better person in life & guides you towards success.


#4. Choose 3 goals everyday & focus on achieving them

Giving yourself goals will make you more mature in dealing with daily life troubles. You just can’t imagine the pleasure you will gain by completing goals you set in the morning.

Each time you finish your goal list your mind gets more prone dealing with greater life troubles & thus resulting in your increased mind strength.


#5. Do any work with enthusiasm & devotion

No matter what you do, if it is to prepare a meal, close a deal, make a sale, make a delivery —whatever it is. Doing it with full devotion will gives you benefit in 2 ways.

First, it gives you self satisfaction & second, it make the person your well wisher to whom you provided your service to.



#6. Always get prepared, but also be ready to welcome sudden changes

We have little control over the circumstances around us. We can get prepared for a situation to face but when life comes at you with something new, accept that and make it your new mission to conquer the beast. That’s what makes you winner in real life.



A great way to change your thoughts is to appreciate and enjoy what you already have. It is impossible to change the world around you. So stop fretting when people do not come up to your expectations. 

Enjoy whatever amount of success you have achieved instead of feeling sad about what you have not been able to achieve. It does not mean that you should not aspire for a still better life.

 There is nothing wrong with always fixing higher benchmarks or goals, but failure to reach them should not spoil your enjoyment of what you already have.
