And the best part is there are a ton of different ways to enjoy this fruit. From traditional way of preserving it in the form of pickles to eating it raw, possibilities are endless.

#1. Avocado, Mango & Pineapple smoothie

 

 

Okay, so the smoothie season is a here & it can’t be complete without this!

You just can’t get anything more healthier as well as refreshing than this. If you’re a breakfast skipper, this can be a easy solution to it.

It will fulfill both your taste as well as your body requirements. Also it’s really easy to make!

 

 

Steps to make:

 

  • Take 1 pineapple, about 600g after peeled and peel the core
  • Now take 1 large avocado, remove it’s seed & chop it into pieces
  • Next, get your mango, peel it & cut it down in slices

  • Take 400g ripe mango & 5 kiwi fruits, cut in cubes
  • Mix juice of a lime in it
  • In it add 1 large handful of fresh coriander, chopped finely & 1 small red onion, diced very finely
  • Now, add 1 red chilli, chopped finely, 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper,1 tsp salt

Mango sorbet is one of my favorite summertime treats!

They make me remind of a tropical vacation. If you’re free this weekend can I ask you to make it. It will make your day for sure as it does for me.

One reminder the mango you use in this should be a frozen one & by that i mean it should to kept in freeze for about 4-5 hours.

 

 

Steps to make:

 

  • In a juicer take put chunks of 2 frozen mangoes
  • Add 200g of caster sugar to it
  • Now add 250ml of water& 1 lime juice
  • Transfer the juice to a container & let it rest in freezer
  • Keep stirring it every hour to break ice crystals
  • It should be kept in freezer for 3 hours & you are ready to reap the benefit

 

 

 

 

 

 

#4. Mango lassi

 

 

It’s a indian drink, most easy & least time taking but extremely delicious!

This indian yogurt is the best option people go for in this crisp heat. There are several experiments you can do in it like adding saffron or making it a bit spicy with black pepper.

It’s on you how you want it, sweet or spicy!

 

 

Steps to make:

 

 

 

  • In a mixer take 3 or 4 mangoes Add 500g natural yogurt to it
  • Now add 2 tsp ground cardamom or ilaychi to it
  • Next add 1 tbsp honey 2 lime’s juice for taste
  • Turn on the mixer, pour lasso in a bowl or jar & let it cool in freeze for about 20 min
  • Sit back & enjoy

 

You can also just put some ice cubes in mixer for instant cool lassi!

 

 

 

 

 

 

#5. Raw Mango salad

 

 

You will need some sweet green mangoes for it or ‘Dussehri Mangoes’ what we call it here!

If you’re craving for some real spicy stuff then this will surely satisfy your fantasy.

It don’t need much time to make, just mix some spices, oil to it & it’s ready for you!

 

 

Steps to make:

 

 

  • Take 1 sweet mango, peeled and sliced into long matchsticks

  • Add 8 to 10 thin slices red onion to it

  • Now add 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves & 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves

  • Some Olive oil & Fresh lime juice to make it a bit moist

  • Next is Kosher salt, red pepper & Freshly ground black pepper. Mix all & dive into spices in every bite!
