It’s not possible to guarantee that once you have completed cancer treatment the cancer will never come back. So the best way to deal with it is to not let it occur.

Cancer develops when the body’s normal control mechanism stops working. Old cells do not die and instead grow out of control, forming new, abnormal cells. It leads to a mass of tissue, called a tumor.

There are different types of cancer such as Carcinomas, Sarcomas, Leukemia, Lymphomas etc. and different types of treatments for it like Surgery, Chemotherapy, Radiation therapy etc.

Instead of just waiting for new breakthroughs, you can do a lot to protect yourself right now. You don’t even need to think about all this stuffs if you follow follow only 4 precautions about it.


#1. Avoid direct sun

Skin Cancer is the most common type of cancer. Getting sunburn, just once every 2 years, can triple your risk of melanoma skin cancer. 

Putting on more sunscreen won’t help and won’t let you safely stay out in the sun for longer.In preventing it hats & sunglasses are your friends, they will protect you from this devil.


#2. Stop eating junk food

In order to gain something you have to lose something, i think you may have heard this before but the fact is it really holds truth. If you are a foodie then my friend there are some of the things you have to let go.

Eating a cancer-risk-reducing diet is associated with reduced risks for several cancers, especially for colon cancer. Choose greens, nuts & fruits instead of eating junk & processed food. Limit your intake of Salt & Meat. With that done you are good to go. 


#3. Forget sedentary lifestyle

Having a sedentary lifestyle greatly increases your risk of developing any kind of cancer. Inactivity or laziness showed an increase in kidney cancer risk by 77% & bladder cancer risk by 73%.

Sedentary lifestyle also leads to early obesity. Therefore, you need to exercise a bit, take in fewer calories and burn more with exercise.


#4. Stop smoking

Smoking is a must to stop, quitting it is absolutely the best thing you can do for your health. Yes, it’s hard, but not impossible because if it would then thousands of peoples like you can’t get rid of it everyday. 

Also, if you consume alcohol, consume it only in moderation. Several types of cancer are linked to alcohol intake. The more you drink, the higher your cancer risk will be.

Not only cancer if you avoid this 4 things in your life you will be able to reduce anxiety and depression, improve mood & boost self-esteem.

Guys, you don’t have to be a scientist to understand how you can try to protect yourself and your family. From every night you sleep till you wake up there are millions of cells dividing & a single mis-junction can lead to a cancer.

But the thing that prevents us from it is our immune system that don’t let our dividing cells to get disturbed.

So make your immune system so strong that you don’t have to even think of it, and you know how to make it strong.
